Baby Shower Bingo – The
Perfect Baby Game
If you’re planning a baby shower, Baby Shower
Bingo could be the answer to your quest for an awesome party game.
There are several ways to play, several variations and all present
some really great baby shower fun.
So what is Baby Shower Bingo? As a rule, this game is played on
the same principles as traditional Bingo, but with some differences.
The first is the form of the cards. Though some people play Baby
Shower Bingo on traditional Bingo cards but offering up prizes appropriate
for a baby shower, most Baby Shower Bingo games are played using
different Bingo cards.
You can purchase Baby Shower Bingo as a prepackaged set so that
you need only set up the game and call the winning “numbers.” Note
that these are usually words or pictures related to the baby and
mom-to-be.
But if you’re looking for something a little more unique,
you can always make your own Baby Shower Bingo cards. Start with
blank cards. You can use the word “BINGO” across the
top or use a word of your own choosing, just be sure that no letter
is repeated in the word. You can then use traditional numbers or
use words from a list you compile. You can also ask guests for suggestions
for baby names before the shower, and create your Baby Shower Bingo
cards using those suggestions. If you want to print some really great
keepsakes, print the cards complete with the mom’s name, date
of shower and allow guests to sign their cards with a personal message
for the mom to keep.
Another variation for Baby Shower Bingo can begin with blank cards
given to each guest as they arrive. Have guests write in the name
of gifts they think the mom-to-be will receive. When a gift on their
list is opened, they can mark it off until someone Bingos!
